I have similiar issues. it only happens sometimes. All I have to do is minimize the window to tray and then remaximize an all is fine from there. It only happens when I am using WB config to change themes. I trust it will be dealt with in future updates. Its no real big deal for me. Just thought I would let you know you are not alone.

bordfryr, go to control panel, taskbar and start menu, start menu, customize, advance. You will see a box "display as menu" or "display as a link". Check display as menu. Good tip ChasUGC.

Maybe try checking the log on path to make sure it is loading the right file? Open log on studio , than options. Probably not the issue but give it a try.
