WB/Skinstudio- Can the starpanel be set to a non expanding size ?size in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Does anybody know of a way to make a start panel set to a fixed size? I want to make a start panel that will remain the same size regardless of how many shortcuts someone has in their start panel. Even if they only have a couple, I still want to set it at a fixed size. So I assume it would need to be pretty large because some people have alot of shortcuts making the panel very tall.

You can easily tint any skin you want. Go to display properties where you install your skins. You will see a litlle box that will allow you to tint the overall theme. The important thing is too change it back when you use a diff skin. Hope this helps. I will be doing a Gemini skin soon that will be a light purple. Maybe that will suit your needs.

Im not getting the feeling that the rally cry is working. I have 2 skins on the newest additons list. 4 comments related to the skins, 1 rating on 1 skin and 3 on the other. Going through the skins and rating and commenting is work sometimes but Its also a responsibilty. Hopefully this is staying on topic but Is it ok to rate skins without downloading them? I don't think it's a true reading on the skin. Especially with boot skins because alot are showing a nice screenshot that isn't the real 16
