Hi, Lock Fences is unticked. I can create a shortcut in a Fence and it stays there but I can't drag an icon into an existing fence. STOP PRESS! Since I've done this, I can now drag icons into Fences. So it seems that I've "opened them up" since creating a shortcut in a Fence. Weird.
The original problem seems o have returned. I hve Fences 3.0.9.11 and Windows 10 Home 19041.450 I can't drag icons into fences again. :-(

OK. After testing, the Download button doesn't appear to work with FireFox but it DOES work with Chrome. Weird.
