There is a newer WindowFX v 6.13 release, please upgrade to that version and see if it help with your issue. Do you have specific steps you take to ensure the issue appear. I wonder whether anybody would have this problem as well: I am using the WindowFX feature to dim inactive windows. When starting Windows (W11), WindofFX starts, but the effect is sometimes not applied. Disabling and enabling the specific feature activates the effect after some attempts. Anybody else? Any workarounds? Has this ever been addressed?
Okay, I might consider downloading all of them ... and I will definitely uninstall Object Desktop Manager now.
WindowFX is listed there, but it is not available via Object Desktop Manager. Am I supposed to download software via two different ways depending on the most current subscription model? My subscription dates back 2018 and has been renewed since. If I had to download the software this way, it would be cumbersome.
I am currently installing my new machine and wanted to install WindowFX. After downloading Object Desktop and going through the list of tools, I did not find WindowFX. Fences (my other tool) is listed as expected. Has something changed? How can I fix this? My subscription is not expired and I am happily working with both tools on my old machine.
Thank you for the enlightening information! :)
The Fences updates used to work fine, but with the current update, there seems to be an "update circle of death". I already tried to install Fences from the web site, to uninstall and reinstall Fences - nothing helped so far. Did anybody have the same experience?
