Additional follow up I have noticed that I can control both devices (connected via wireless) on a reboot up until I log into the primary device. In other words, if I sit at the windows logon screen, I can control the secondary device. Once I log in, the connection will drop. For what it is worth, I have not heard from the support team and I am a paying customer.

As a follow up. When I connect my "main" device up to Ethernet, MP works fine. This is not a viable work around as I need both devices on wireless. I would appreciate any insight as to what that mean (specifically) regarding my wireless connection or firewall (which is currently disabled) rules. Thanks

Running MP (KVM build 00090) on two Win 10 laptops. MP has worked beautifully for months. Now no connectivity (icon grey in system tray) on Primary on Home Network. I have run MPportfix on both. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using Purge_MP on both. Still no connectivity. I have removed the slave from the seamless grid, removed the device and added it back via IP. When I add it back and check connectivity I get the message "multiplicity was able to connect to this computer".
