Interesting article. "The skin sites have continued to increase in popularity. WinCustomize is ranked in the top 5,000 websites world wide and our friends at deviantART are roughly equally as popular." Just curious as to where I can find these stats.

I'll be there... I'm assuming that this is a BYOB event.
I never knew you had that little site there. Neat. Finally saw a picture of you . Oh, and that 'work' write-up was pretty neat. Thanks for plugging DA
Yeah, sorry it's pretty hot and humid here in Philly and I think it got the best of me. News posted up on dA.
A complete and publicly accessible version history would help other sites in posting informative news of new releases from Stardock. If all that has changed from 1.20 is the plug-in functionality, I might want to wait for a more significant update.
I downloaded it and love it.
DA stats are available for sale at the unheard of low price of $1,000,000.00USD - A trade of equal or greater value will be accepted.
Wow, I am shocked. I thought the numbers would be considerably higher than they are. Although, we are talking about unique visitors... not total visitors. Is this a decrease or increase from previous years?
Copyright isn''t a joke, yet and still, people take it as such. Being an admin at a rather high-profile site, I encounter instances where I have to check up on specific laws. This site is nice, thanks for making it available, my personal favorite is still: RightsForArtists.com
Hippy, as long as your not serving Fosters.. I'll be there. :D
I don't want to dwell on the immaturity (yes, I said it, IMMATURITY) and negativity of Jier's comment, but he couldn't have contradcited himself more. "I may visit DA every now and then..but not because i like the site...or the people who run it..but because it has the things i want to upload, and on occasion i feel like uploading something." Now I've heard it all. I'd like to thank Brad for conducting this interview for GUI Olympics and for displaying it: It means a lot. Really. To those
By the way, the "View Now!" link doesn't take you to the interview.
I'm thrilled to be a part of something so provocative. To be brutally honest with you, deviantART has changed the way I look at life, for the better.
Haha, that deviantART screenshot is sooo old. muahaha. and the description.. teehee. Can admins send updated descriptions and screenshots for their respective entries?
Cooperation is the key to ensuring the proliferation of any community ESPECIALLY this community/sub-communities.
"The result has been that mcuh of the logonui's floating around us other people's graphics (rips). I.e. some author's wallpapers are taken by someone else and turned into a logonui without permission." I don't get that quote... how is this program going to make it more difficult for people to rip others artwork and use it to create their own LogonUI with this program?
Uhh.. boxxi... don't you think aliens get presents too? Well, the Christian aliens that is. Duh.
PJ, thanks.. Brad kinda cleared it up for me at deviantART. Someone should proof read that guide as it's linked all over the place. If you're interested, the release of WB3 got some mention over at ActiveWin: http://www.activewin.com
I won't even ask why you bothered to mention DA, although it's probably because I'm affiliated with it, perhaps... Anyways, what do you mean by: "I copped loads of flak on DA for handling a rip of Nuvem's Lost Souls" handling? I don't follow.
34,520k for IE? WTF? Do you have like 6 instances open or something?
Whelp, I'm sure Brad knows that I respect the work he has done, the work he's currently doing, and most importantly the work he will do in the future. I have no reason to personally dislike Brad. I can only speak the truth as it pertains to the way I interpret things. It's a simple fact that not everyone is going to agree with everything that you do or say. As for the skin primer subject, I used it in its plural form to signify the numerous articles you've posted at various sites within the
