My laptop has a dual monitor. When I open the lid and the laptop wakes up, sometimes my fence in the desktop is drawn in the secondary monitor. I have to drag it to the main monitor manually, but then it loses its original width and height. I think Stardock should fix this behavior, but does anybody have an idea how to prevent this?

Huh, I wasn't aware of that that it is a "feature". maybe my windows has been updated during windows reset. I am certain that WindowBlinds had some issues, because at first, there were other problems with the file explorer after uninstalling WindowBlinds. Resetting the Windows fixed some of them, and this location bar issue remained, so I posted them. And this Windows 2004 build's file explorer is so buggy, so I thought that was a problem of WindowBlinds. There is
