Reply to STICKY: Getting the game Downloaded! in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

After downloading the movies section, the stardock software extracts the files, begins the install process, and the goes back to extracting the files, and begins the install process again over and over and over (at least 20 times in a row now). Suggestions?
