Apparently not, Ms. Crissy14. I can see the area where I can rate and submit the rating but there is no "current rating" anywhere there. I tried to submit a rating and it worked (and then I had to apologize like mad to the author b/c I know nothing about nothing and should not be rating--just pig ignorant re the technical or artistic merit behind the work). UserPicture in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

A newbie. Am addicted to this site. Can anyone tell me how I can not have a UserPicture for those Windowblinds that do not have one as part of the package? Sometimes I can find something other picture that looks okay but sometimes it is obvious that any userpic is distorting the look and nothing should be there. Thanks for any help.

I am a User 3 Level which I thought meant I could rate (so I assume I can see ratings??????????????). Have searched this Board and the FAQ but have not seen any definitive answer. There is no option for this in my Profile. Sorry if this has been asked repeatedly but I can't see where. 1. Can I view ratings? 2. Where can I turn this option on or enable it or whatever? Thanks much in advance.
