It is part of the UI, and I did contact them via forums, but Ghistler's (creator) policy is "function over form", so no help with aesthetics. I tried using Resource Hacker, it was built for this purpose, but I'm having trouble locating the exact line of code rendering these panel borders, so no luck there either...
Ok, so this doesn't have anything to do with Stardock's stuff, but I still thought it might be a good idea to ask here.
