Paul, Im saying that once I pay for a canvas, I dont pay for anything else. If it brings in more biz for the Canvas man, The canvas man shouldnt be askin for money from me to display my art. While WC/SD is not asking for pay from me to upload here.. they are asking that users pay to get to my free files. Yet I see no proffits. Also they are asking me to pay to view other artists work. back to the art gallery argument. lets put this in perspective. I am a painter, I paint pretty pictures. I take my art to the gallery to hang up and possibly sell. They tell me, you need to pay us (the gallery) to display your work here. Not bad actualy cause I may get paid if this stuff sells. "Cooool" I say. well, Im not selling my skins. I wont get paid. 100th post! Good points grayhaze. I think of each site as a Art Gallery. I post my art at the gallery and the visitors come and rate or download it.. ( or say damn that sux Anyway, we 1%ers create the content that generates the visitors. Now as most of you know I have been on the admin side also, Skinz.org, LOS, and even here for a very short stay. I know what they mean when they say

hmmm, are you insinuating that others dont like it here or dont like Stardock Products, skinning, community.. etc? for the record, I have sunshine shining into my window at the moment.
BTW my account here is still crosslinked somehow... I have many skins that were all transfered over from WB.com and now I have 3 when I click "My skins" at the top of this page... if ya do a search for CRUMBUT you will find many of the others.
Since Im not very involved with WC I cant say much about the rating system. But it looks to me like more than a few people dont like it. My oppinion: change it to what the users want (make a poll). I have been a member of this site since beta stage and a member of this community for friggen years. Let me first say this.. If your a newbie or been around for about a year Please dont knock a skinner for having a complaint. Alot of us have been around so long that we know most of these webmaster
