Thanks for reply. 1. I actually formatted the hard drive before reinstalling windows. 2. I have uninstalled using zapper, nil fix 3. I was registered under two names for some reason, stardock has since scrubbed one of these. I still feel it's a registration problem, as the updates download ok but when installing I get the message "there was an error installing iconpackager file deleted" Iconpackager is just an example I get the same message for all OD programmes. I have the full OD package, ever since I first purchased it I have never been able to update it.I keep getting a message telling me certain files have been deleted.This is on every programme, ie. winstyles, windowblinds, iconpackager, object desktop, etc. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling OD still the same. Have formatted my OS still no joy. I have contacted stardock support, a complete waste of time. My subscription is due in March this year, I was thinking of letting it lapse and purc
