Bug: Other civilizations' starbases are invisible and untargetable and all other planets are untargetable in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

I've started two games, and it seems, after a while, I can't see starbases or interact with planets, taking minor civs out of the game for me. When I click a minor civ planet, no menu shows up in the bottom left, when it had earlier in the game. I think this happened after I researched universal translator, but going through autosaves, the issue persists. Restarting the game has no effect in fixing it. Loading saves from long ago, before this issue happened, causes them to have the issue.
