I did try that but can try again. Is there a direct link other than checking for upgrade for the 3.55 version I can try?

Sorry, Multiplicity 3.5 Build 00096 is currently running and trying to update it.
Good morning, I have one Windows 10 computer out of 6 that will not install the update. I have tried redownloading the software, deleting everything, etc, but still nothing. The update will appear to go through, require a reboot, and upon reboot when I check the version number it is still on 3.5. Any ideas? Thanks!
Sorry for the delayed response. The cursor can be seen but will not move any of the computers that are connected. It is using Seamless. The only way to fix it is to shut down the computer that is hosting multiplicity and turn it back on. Then it will work on all computers again.
We have the same issue. The mouse will just randomly stop working on all six computers. The only way to get it back to working is to restart the machines. Any advice? Have tried uninstalling and doing a clean install. Checked the firewall ports are open. Checked that multiplicity is up to date.
