All newer keyboards, from what I've seen can be altered to change what each key pressed corresponds to. For instance, on mine, I don't use the "E-mail" button in the top-center of my keyboard, so I changed it to "My Pictures" instead. Just try the control panel >> Keyboard and you *should* be able to configure it in there. Let me know what happens in any case. [Message Edited]

Depends ENTIRELY on personal preference.... Photoshop 7 is my personal preference, for almost anything. 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x960 are all the same aspect ratio for wallpapers. 1280x1024 is what I use, but it's a different AR. For a wallpaper submission, perhaps include the top list of resolutions, 1280x1024 seems to be heavily in use here, but It's not necessary to include that -- at least make sure you include a 1280x960 and a 1600x1200. I have no clue, but my guess would be, the pillar if light wallpaper is more unusual looking - a harder photo to take and a more unique image, whereas the most recent submission, although a breathtaking photo, it's probably too generic looking for the admins...
