I loaded my old save few turns before the actual invasion and played in a similar way as before so I have re-created the whole situation. it was over 100 vs 51. Is that why it happened?

Invasion bug still not fixed? in Galactic Civilizations III Stardock.net Forums

I'm relatively new to game and I like it so far but the invasion mechanics seems ignored for very long time. I've been trying to find some information about current status of invasion and I only found some posts predating retribution expansion. Has it ever been fixed? Right now I seem to have a huge advantage everytime i'm invading a planet. I thought it was becaue there were no defending legions but recently I took 5 legions and invaded a planet defended by 11 legions
