The Beginning... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi all.I've been into this WB thing for about 4 months and i think it's the coolest thing to ever hit computers! In many ways,it's helped me understand how you can still be creative in this hi-tech age.I LOVE DARK SKINS!!! I don't have the first clue how to go about it but i'm going to try to make one myself,do i have to be a paid-up member or U.S. resident or something?
