Game Crashes on Loading Screen in Galactic Civilizations III Stardock.net Forums

Recently, I'm unable to play the game. It crashes on the loading screen every time I try to start a new game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and steam, deleting save data, checking permissions, running as admin, turning off cloud save, etc. All of my drivers are up to date and I have the correct specs. I checked debug.err, and it always ends immediately after "Map Generation using seed: ___ ". I've tried to verify the integrity of the files. It tells me that 4
