Opening in wrong Drive in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

As the title states, my copy of SoaSE is downloading itself into my C:\Users\Gey\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion every time I open it. I bought the game off of Steam years ago when I was still using the C disk drive but now I've transferred everything to my new D drive. I've uninstalled the game multiple times making sure for it to download straight to my D:\\\steamapps but even then upon starting the app it loads in the nonexistant C:\\\My G
