Reply to Problem receiving free games keys in Stardock Games Stardock.net Forums

I'm pretty disappointed. I tried several times to claim the OTC key, and the reply email would take a very long time to arrive (1 hour and 21 minutes in the one instance where I bothered to keep track). After finally receiving and I opening each email, I'd get an error message which I assume has something to do with the key having expired due to the amount of time it took. This morning, I finally got an email response after about 45 minutes, but upon clicking the link, I got a "403
