I will check out the other recommendations, but for now it looks OMNI slideshow is the winner. Thanks again to all. In case anyone is interested, yahoo widget engine keeps crashing on me. Thus the reason I was looking for a replacement picture frame.

I can't open or save email attachments. Both options are grayed out. Can anyone help me in fixing this? My son recently sent me a picture of my newborn grandson and I can't open the attachment. Thank you in advance. I am using winXP home edition.

I have the freeware version of cfx installed. If I get the shareware version, do I have to uninstall the freeware version first, or can i just install over the free version? Thanx to all who reply.
After installing free CFX, CXP wont't work and does not show up in mouse properties and I can't install any CFX cursors. They seem to be conflicting with each other. I uninstalled both programs and reinstalled CXP and now CXP works OK. CFX seems to have some bugs in it and this is preventing me from purchasing the program with all these bugs. Any suggestions will be welcome.

How do you apply a skin once you have downloaded it?
After I click apply the box pops up and asks for my serial number.
I started with alienware xenomorph and tried to change to artwork among others.
I installed mycolors yesterday and applied one of the skins, now when I try to change the skin, I get a dialog box that tells me i need to update to a full version of Object Desktop. I have had the full version for 1 year. Please help.
I eliminated the weather docklet and have not had a problem since...Problem solved.
How do I apply backgrounds to od+? I can't find a feature in the program to load new backgrounds.

It keeps crashing for me also, but I did not know why. I do run the weather docklet all the time. How did you find out the docklet was causing it?
I have 22 shortcuts on my quick launch, but I also use object dock plus. I am so used to the quick launch bar that i am reluctant get rid of it since objectdock plus crashes a lot.

I subscribed to wincustomize and purchased object desktop, but have steered away from skinning as of yet. I guess I think it is too difficult.

OD+ is still crashing. I guess stardock has not address this problem yet?
Last week I downloaded this program just to check it out, After a few days I uninstalled it and had to reboot to finish the un-install. To my dismay, I could not boot back into windows. After 4 days of pulling my hair out, I went into my setup and had to boot from my installation CD and format my hard drive and reinstall windows xp... I feel like Microsoft put the screws to me on this program. Beware if you install this program. After a 90-day trial you have to pay a subscription.
