The Army hated me it started good was sent to Asian Turkey, put on an C130 and thrown out over European Turkey got to see the walls of Constantinople as we drove past on the way to downtown Istanbul. Later got to Reforge to Germany. Then the army got nasty and decided I would love to play in the snows of Alaska 18 months living there and three more trips during the Winter. They did throw in another Reforged to Germany one of the reasons I am looking forward to Reforgin

Put your cursor on the image of one of the citizens and get its name at the top of the tool tip.
So the planet is at 58% but all the Cits are 28% or less? Never seen that screen before but now it makes sense
I made a bug report about this event in the 3.01 sitrep on Discord on July 16. The bug report was because it isn't clear how many planets it works on. I started a new game, then updated the report the next day to report that it actually reduced crime on all planets, because it did reduce the crime on all my planets. This means it works. Since then I've used it a few times and found

Is this the same turn you choose it? Many things take effect the next turn. Is this the first time you have chosen the crime reduction? IIRC it only works once. (could be wrong it has been months since this was mentioned on the Discord or Steam) It does work for me in my games, as I said I think I have been taking the money after the first though
Hey Unthwarted, do I understand it correctly, that this bug did not happen to you in some time, while the game version was below 2.9? And could you share a save file from the current game version, so that we can take a look at it?
Wasn't there a bug where special one-time ships and improvements could be built in multiple shipyards that was fixed about the time of 2.9?
Title says it all. With the /nolauncher argument in Steam, GC4 seems to run, but the game never actually loads. Oddly enough it doesn't show up as a task in Task Manager, but clicking the STOP button in steam seems to work to exit whatever it's doing.
Have you exited and reentered Steam had a similar problem and quit reload solved it
Hiya! Did you manage to get this fixed ? Kinda strange that it stopped working all of a sudden.
Had a problem where a previous game I was playing failed to close and this happened to me while I tried to verify files on exit. Just closed Steam restarted and wonders of wonders the game worked and I was able to verify
LEts look at some of the broken mechanics of GalCiv iv. I will be discussing buildings some. If the future version of Galciv applies my suggestion of not having buildings then this will, of course, need some modification as well. The primary flaw I have seen is a very large disconnect in cost/benefit of so, so many items in GalCiv. For example - the Industrial goods/supply ship is a known imbalance. The
I am a veteran of 4x games going back to MOO (and yes, even the disasterous MOO3). The evolution has been interesting. There were many interesting mechanics introduced by MOO which have been unfortunately phased out. I'd love to see these reintroduced. 1) The multi-disciplined tech tree. I always *loved* that in MOO it was possible to split research into multiple fields. If one wanted they could pour it all into
you might just need to be patient and drag and drop slowly or double click slower I clicked and move 15 minutes it is not working. It seems if it did not work directly it will not work throughout the session. I restarted some games with different fractions. Sometime it works after researched the tech and sometimes not. Seems to be quite random.<br /
