Okay...its a beta. I should be able to access it but....nope. When I activate it a sign in window appears so I enter my email and password. Okay fine...password doesn't match so I do it again and again and again and...finally I reset it and signed in again and again and again. Even though I reset my password it refuses to accept it.
Uvah, have you registered on Adobe.com? That would be the password they are prompting for.

Just to clarify the issue, all OD products were uninstalled through Impulse, long ago, and reinstalled fresh from the store. To state there was an "error" without stipulating what the error was is a bit frustrating. I do know that the download from the store was 64MB and the download through SDC was only about 34MB. Would it be possible for someone in support to address why the failure to update through SDC? It is rather critical to the few of us who are on an extremely limited connection with download limits. [e digicons]:meow:[/e] [e digicons]:maybe:[/e]

I was attempting to download with my wireless modem as my usage on the satellite was up due to downloading Windows 8 but I just could not get it to download. I think "Cricket" was resetting the server because of the size of the download. I finally bit the bullet and plugged in the satellite modem and turned on my download manager and after three hours, it finally was downloaded. You have not lived until you get in the boonies and have a super slow connection that is the only thing available!

So, long story short, I deleted the folder, rebooted, ran JVC Powertools registry cleaner and so far have not noticed any adverse effects. I downloaded an Icon package and it installed as it should. That folder was just insane because when you opened it, along with everything else in there, there was yet another application data folder and when you opened it, it was a duplicate of the other and it just went on and on! Weird stuff indeed! Thank you all for you input!

I, too tried to do the update through the new SDC and at the very end of the install it said "error", no indication of what the error was, then it told me to reboot but upon reboot WB was not updated and SDC showed the update still needed to be installed. I gave up and downloaded from the store and the install went without a hitch. Is there a log somewhere that would tell why the update through SDC failed? The info from WB after the update through SDC and after installing the download from th

One more confirmation and I am set to delete the folder! I thought it strange that when I right click on it, select properties, there is nothing there.

no thanks! I do not need to purchase a tool! I do not want to delete the files, just want to restore them to the proper location without the additional Application data paths. So my question would be, what is the proper path to C:\program data/application data\stardock\iconpackager and what do others have in that folder? If I download with Firefox, I get a zip on my desktop, which is where I choose to download, after unzipping, when I click on the iconpackager file, iconpackager

It depends on the blind. I can set many of them to have a completely transparent task bar but some of them, no matter what you do, have the blur effect even though it is not checked in WB configure. I am sure it could be remedied in Skin Studio if one knew what to change. However, a majority of the skins I have will display a completely transparent task bar on WB7.
Can anyone tell me the proper path to the icon themes on Win7? Can anyone tell me the proper path to the icon themes on Win7? I cannot install new packages because I keep getting "file name too long" error message. This is the path to where they are at current: C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Application Data\Documents\Stardock\IconPackager How would I go about fixing this? Me again! Found a setting within the Abine software to exclude WinCustomize from DNT so that makes things much easier! Just took a couple of mouse clicks so now I do not have to completely disable the plugin! Yeah! [e digicons]

Well, thanks Doc, why it picked today to exhibit this behavior is beyond me, but disabling the add on allowed me to comment so I guess I will disable for this site and use it elsewhere to try and thwart Google's new security policy! Between the time I posted my last comment and this one, Firefox decided it needed to update to version 11. Just hate getting so many updates in one day cause if you start having problems it makes it really hard to track them down! [e digicons]:|[/e] [e digico

Quick question? Being that it is patch Tuesday and I applied 7 security patches from Microsoft, I am no longer able to leave skin comments when using Firefox10. Everything works in IE9 but cannot submit with FF. Is anyone else having problems? Don't know if it is site related or to blame it on the updates! Any help would be most appreciated! http://www.thoosje.com/Windows-gadgets-clock.html You want the Neptune digital clock, sixth item on the page, download link is below the clock. Be sure to use the custom install and uncheck everything for the Babylon software. This originally came from the Windows gadget page but of course that link no longer works. This is the only place I could find that the download is working.
