That particular wall is on more than twenty websites through a Bing search, but I think it originated from Webshot originally and you should be able to find the original author there but good luck on permissions as Webshots says no redistributing of their images.

I have found that if my preview image is much over 1 MB that I get this message. The size of the zip doesn't seem to matter but the preview can't be too large of a file. Try saving just the preview in a lower quality and see if that works.

Best of luck to you Jim. Hope all "comes out" okay! Thanks to modern technology today, the prep is much worse than the procedure. I had my first over twenty years ago and it was so displeasing I had to face an emergency admission before I would let them do the second one. I was prepared for the worst and it was a piece of cake!
