Registration in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I have had windowblinds for quite some time now. Recently, I had to f-disk my hard drive. Upon reinstalling windowblinds, I have lost my registration numbers. I have also forgotten how to go about registering, after I have downloaded the program. Can someone help me please.
