So, I have a WindowsBlinds skin that modifies the taskbar texture. However, before that I was already using a custom Open Shell texture and I don't know how to make Open Shell overwrite WindowsBlinds. I have decided that I should go into the skin itself and uninstall the files that modify the taskbar, however, when I tried downloading it, it didn't let me (nothing happened).
