Slow fps in Fences Stardock Forums

Windows are running smoothly but fences are not. When i make new fences, move apps or try to open one, it runs very poorly. I dont think that it is a harware issue cause everthing runs fine. Plz help me fix it so it can run the frames of my monitor.
