(btw for people that think we're crazy, we are, but you have to be in the forums rather than at the blog addresses to see the cool quotes)

...Cairo..cool! I had a friend in medical school that was born in Egypt. Talat was his name. His father was also a doctor and he used to play chess with Lawrence of Arabia. Good story. A slice of life. I love talking to cabies. Cheers.

I don't know if any of you noticed, but cutepablo is at it again. I noticed, and was annoyed. Mostly I just wanted to show off the new quote feature. Strong work, admin ladies and gents, strong work. I was annoyed too and also wanted to try the quote. Could this just be another alter-ego od which Tuttle is just another example? The quote is cool though. I wonder if there are variants.
I can identify with your situation. My experience is that in order to do good, you have to be willing to make a few mistakes along the way and even be willing to feel foolish from time to time. Sure, I've been scammed and I'll probably be scammed again. I learn from my experiences. Like the scammers, I too am a "work in progress", I hope in the right direction. Like you, it doesn't squelch my willingness.
nope, will wait and see, happy with XP
Apparently indulgences have been devalued over the years WWW Link
I don't know whether these are recent events, but it's a full moon tomorrow. Wow, two possible borderline personality disorders blogged on the same day. One of the keys to care in situations like this is avoiding fragmentation of care, ie. involving the usual pharmacist, family doctor and family to get a better picture of the patient's history and to involve them (with patient's consent of course) in their care. That said, I often feel like I'm
I agree. The patient needs to know the financial risk of accepting additional in-hospital care vs. visiting her family doctor or going to the hospital outpatient clinic a couple of times per week. Once aware of the risks, a person will usually make the sensible decision. You can even quote the daily basic rates ...usually quite a bit of a shocker. I respect your general attitude, though, of avoiding the frustration of trying to control the uncontrollable.
Thanks Sarah. Your fingers left an impression.
I don't have to be faster than the cannibal chasing us. I only have to be faster than you, sir. Thanks for the poem.
I too have looked for that unconditional love that would help me to prevail. I am lucky to say that I have found it. Thank you.
yup pdf - i'm cheap - great value
Good advice Gideon. Doctors are certainly not exempt from your advice. At my clinic, there are many usually-young usually-male prima donnas who think so highly of themselves that they show up for work a half-hour late and behave with rudeness toward both staff and clients, while churning people through at the rate of 10 to 12 per hour. Despite the shortage of physicians in Ontario, these doctors eventually find themselves looking for work el
Locally, in Ontario, Ford Oakville is cutting it's workforce somewhat, while switching to a flexible plant facility. My brother-in-law in Windsor barely escaped a recent major lay-off. Morale is not very good at either facility.
See ladies, that's why there's no lineup for the men's washroom at the movie theatre. We're thinking: Get in. Do it. Get out. Or better still, hold it till you get home! always fun Buddah - I'm enjoying your book
As a quietly devout Catholic, I find this thread fascinating. I believe that most mainstream practising Catholics are not without their doubts as to issues like infallibility. To see this exchange of argument is anything but offensive, Baker. Indeed, thank you. Thanks also to Lula, your knowledge and resoucefulness are daunting. You argue like a theologian. It would be interesting, perhaps on another thread, to discuss the more personal side of faith. Please, carry on.
I enjoyed it. The feelings really came through. Writing is therapeutic. Don't stop.
I appreciate the effort anyway. What you did tell me makes the imagination run wild, and it does seem sufficient. Thank you, thank you.
reminded me of naked lunch -- creepy! reminds me also that self-actualization is vital
That was fun. I don't speak a lick of spanish, but I speak Italian well enough that I didn't miss any of the meaning. Thanks, its sweet and wonderful. - Don bravo

Hang in there. Find out about "pelvic tilts" if you didn't already know. I'm not licensed in SD nor do I carry malpractice insurance there, so this is just dude to dude, OK.
