Walker: I used to have a problem sometimes with the game not going on to the next turn when I told it too, but the problem wasn't the game, it was user error :( For some reason I would not notice that a colony ship had arrived at it's destination and needed me to choose the planet to land on. I would get into some other game screen and then not be able to figure out how to end the turn. Not a bug of course.

Thanks for fixing the tech stealing problem. It's probably part of the same fix but today I noticed that when a minor race steals all of a major race's tech it is (nearly) always the Drengins who get robbed. Although I usually spend the same amount on espionage against all the major races, I've never succeeded in stealing tech from anyone but the Drengins. Is this a bug? If it matters, I've always played against "normal" intellegence opponents. [Message Edited]
Concerning war against a pair of allies: Several times I've been in a situation where the first of two allies offers peace and I accept, only to have that ally give me the "You are at war with my ally so I must declare war" message on the very next turn. Then on the following turn the second ally offers peace. Accepting that offer results in the second ally redeclaring war one turn later and starting the whole cycle again. There seems to be no way to end the war. (Even offering 4 special tr
