I am not going to really argue the point with you much Doc, but this will never fly anyway. First of all the cops would never be able to enforce it ...
Doc already mentioned the likely most effective fix: regulating the tech, not the users. There is a growing pile of empirical evidence that even hands-free calls impair drivers as much as being legally drunk does. The two main obstacles to a successful policy to reduce these
Banned because you're forgetting confirmed bachelor cousins who are actually confirmed bachelors.
banned for not being use to him already. and when I quote Portal2, nothing. Scoutdog does it and... huh, nothing still.
Banned because I'm quite used to him, and because I have no idea what Portal2 is. Probably a digital game of some sort, but I've nearly given up on those.
Banned because moving down to bases in Kuwait isn't exactly the withdrawal some of us were hoping to see. I'd try to ban the Obama administration, but none of them are playing this game. Banned more seriously for ducking the curmudgeon theme. You're a classic example of precocious curmudgeonhood.
Banned for confusing anger with curmudgeonliness. One can be a dispassionate curmudgeon, and perhaps even a largely happy one--as long as complaining is a form of recreation and not a calling or psychological malady.
Quoting Jafo, reply 548WHEN a thread devolves into name-calling, etc. it closes. oh please, somebody violate TOS, put this thread to death. god, can you hear me? no, not you, you silly nit, the other one.
That's a tall order, given that nearly all TOS prattle is nearly as vague and completely as arguable as an text claiming to be revealed truth. What we need is for someone to squarely push the wrong button
Banned for a petty ban lacking humour. But then your pic looks mighty curmudgeonly, so maybe you're just staying in character.
Banned because we need a dogging crowd on this side of the pond. Forty years after the sexual revolution and we're still mostly a nation of prudes.
Banned for anti-union shite.
I blame the accursed Browser Wars. HTML was supposed to be a STANDARD. I'm no fundamentalist when it comes to cosmology, but network standards are another thing entirely.
Re the tech race getting ahead of you, I quite like disabling Tech Brokering in the main game options. That's still the only way I feel like I'm on roughly even footing with the computer players when it comes to tech trading. (The option means that players can only trade away techs that they researched or found themselves, not ones they traded for.)
... Yes, I quoted you referring to the subject of your quote ..."the religious spammer". ...
It still looks like a forum bug or a confusing misrepresentation. Your quote text in reply 468 is from one of Jafo's replies, but you attribute it to one of my replies. I didn't type those words, and you didn't quote the words that I did type. If the forum didn't do it with a code
Banned because that ban is only natural.
Banned because nature has no legal system. That's a yapping hairless ape thing.

Banned because everyone knows that mixing flies and primates never ends well.
Banned because, in the wee small hours, I'm sometimes still afraid of the Wicked Witch of the West. Those flying monkeys had real potential as shock troops.
Banned because there's a rain forest crow species that might be the 2nd best tool users on the planet. They make twig hooks to fish out grubs, not just clean sticks to tease out ants.
Banned because the whole east-west thing is for planet-bound primitives. Or the West is infinite spacetime, where Galadriel can both diminish and remain herself. Sumpn like dat.
Quoting GW Swicord, reply 466Behold the religious spammer as he WILL be smote from this place. I don't get it. Old blog discussions are revived from time to time. What's wrong with that? Then and now, Science and God are always interesting to discuss.
I don't get it. Your quote in reply 468 cites me, but quotes Jafo. Something's working in a mysterious way.
Eh, one entity's death is another's long nap and/or metamorphosis.
Banned because I don't believe you know enough to believe her or not.
Banned because he's asking about navigation, so he must have done at least a bit of contemplation.
Banned for having your priorities right. And for reminding me about yet another show that the fine folks at Fox murdered in its cradle.
