Try this...go to Folder Options->File Types, find .wba, click 'Advanced', see if 'Confirm open after download' is checked, if it is... uncheck it, and try downloading a WB again...
Bones, do you mean when you download a .wba, it automatically opens up in WinZip when you download? Or do you get the prompt to "Open.." "Save to disk" etc? [Message Edited]

differences are really minimal. I always thought Samurize was Script-based...Sysmetrix has predetermined attributes to skin, with Samurize you can script whatever your scripting limitations are...they both do the same thing in different ways.

Extract the icons from the .exe first. You can do this with many programs...check download.com. Also, if you have IconPackager, it comes with IconExplorer which can also do this. Then you can use the icons for whatever you like.

If you have the MCP, make sure it's the latest version. In Stardock Central, it should read "0.60[b].002". If you have this version and still get errors, try reinstalling the MCP, if that STILL doesn't work...as a last effort try reinstalling DX.
