Ok, here's the deal from what I understand... There are 2 levels you can be...example... You can be a Level 4 but still be a 'Citizen' On the other hand, you can be a Level 3, but be an 'Apprentice' In order to actually see ratings and change which rating you want to see in Edit Account, you need to be an APPRENTICE or higher. I was a level 4 user before I became an apprentice, and only when I became an apprentice I could 'see' the rating.
Well, I don't wanna be left out, so here's my PixOS screenie!
I have the latest build of ObjectBar (1.60a[b]), and when I click on About, it tells me I have Version 1.60 Build 629 installed. So I assume it's correct. What versions do you guys see?

I got promoted cause I uploaded six (6), yes, 6 whole screenshots that are so good, they just had to make me 'Master Apprentice'.
As far as difficulty, Windowblinds or Windows Media Player get the trophy. Time consuming, it depends, a good Icon set can take months to finish (150+ icons). A good Windowblind skin can also take that long, same for WMP. It took The Skins Factory 2 months to make their T3 skin. It all depends on the amount of work the author puts in... If I had to pick the most labor-intensive...I'd say Windowblinds. So many small images...so many sizes to set... /me looks at SkinStudio..
