I'm pretty sure wbload.exe is what is running in the system tray. You can double-click that icon which will load wbconfig.exe. You can also simply create a shortcut to wbconfig.exe. You won't miss out on any of the action.

I rate skins as fairly as I possibly can. For one, I never give out 10's unless it's absolutely stellar work and truely a cut above the rest. So far I think only 2 or 3 works got 10's from me. The rest of the time, I give the skin what I think it deserves. Usually 6's or 7's...if it's very good but not quite the best, it will get an 8 or 9 and if it stinks beyond stinkiness, you get the dredded 1. Yes MP, it was first issued in the 4.09 beta release of WB, but now fully supported in the 4.1 release of WB. I also think you need the newest SkinStudio to see exact details of making it work (or you could look at someone else's skins I suppose). I haven't gone that far though...

In display properties, under the appearence tab. Click the 'Advanced' button. There you will see a section called 'Advanced Settings'. Simply uncheck 'Show use icon in start panel', click close and you're done.
