Hey Blade!, Why I build the banking center first is that at that point I had not researched the Industrial Theory yet. I usually research the Propulsion Theory and the basic techs after that(cold fusion, artificial gravity) and the basic propulsion tech that boost +10 speed and range. So that my reason for that. How do you sue for peace and are able to grap planets in the process? Because I usually play the lowest level ai and haven't at any time during that period was I able to sue for peace and grab 6-7 systems in the process. Your fellow player, Jaxel ~SDC~

Hey ricbayer, I don't have much experience with giantic maps but what I do is that I use either a survey ship or scout and send it toward the nearest unoccupated systems and if there is a alien civ there I build about five or six freighters; so I can have some for emergencies (wars, culture flip, other little suprises. Hey eradicus, There are advanctgies to having control of the UP like( getting habitible planets that pop up every once and while and you can get stuff like Monster Park, Olpious, Requests Center, and few other events I can't think of off the top of my head). Hey Stydracos, Getting control of the UP in my way of playing, it neccesity because it shows that you have almost acheived cultural victory( so it is a way of checking to see how close you are confidence builder I guess :) ). Hey ricbayer I use the other constructers to max out the military modules on the Terror Star( so it can blow up planets and boost the attak and defence of my starships in latter conflicts). So that what I use the extra constructers for. Your fellow player, Jaxel ~SDC~
Hey and if your really tick off and don't care anymore( which has happened to me before) you can always take 16 constructers and build a Terror in a nearby sector and go and blow it up, very nice, very clean( at least soldierwise LOL ) Your fellow player, Jaxel ~SDC~

Hi it's me again and the subject is Tech Victory. To get Tech Victory you need to do a number of things: 1. Try to stay out of wars 2. Tech Victory takes a lot of time, so you need to stick to it 3. Build all the research social projects without excessing our a planetary and galatic economy limits 4. Wild Wombat, For the ally thing I would act as a peacemaker between my ally and its enemies. And sometimes when I want things to "cool down" so to speak I do what I call a mass peace treaty( were I make the alien civs make peace with one a other through me). Your fellow player, Jaxel ~SDC~
