Start 11 is mixing up the application icons and captions in the task bar. In this example, it has given Visual Studio Outlooks icon and caption.

My Start 11 is often displaying the incorrect icon in the taskbar. I've attached two example images below. Getting ready to un-install and just use the Windows 11 system defaults.
