just to follow up i unloaded the skin which revealed a color setting hidden in the display properties box. (hidden by mod from windowblinds. and changed the setting. will give it another go. thanks.

i'm deciding on whether to buy the product or not. seems like skinstudio pro has the option to do that. but ya gots to buy the program to find out if it will work. is that right? oh and sorry about the wrong section thing.. feel free to move the posts mr. moderator.

the theme i'm using is cobalt corona in window blinds and also desktop x is on. the programs photoshop 7 and painter 8 now have dark blue backgrounds which is not good for me. it should stay neutral grey. does anyone know how to undo the skinning for these apps? i tried the per app. setting and chose photoshop exe and selected the don't skin option (window blinds) but the color in the app window is still dark blue??? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sad.gif" border=0 ALIGN="abs
