I have a question about the "progress animation". Is this animation just like how it is in the normal boot for XP, where the blocks scroll across the screen, left to right, over and over? Or does the animation actually display the progress of the loading of Windows? Thanks.

to mfaccone: it depends if you want to download the whole cd... If you only want one or two songs (because the rest of the cd sux) then the 99 cent thing is for you. if you want the whole cd, it WILL be cheaper to buy it at the music store. in general: I like iTunes... I have never really used it on mac (I dont own a mac) just played around with it. I think the brushed metal looks good, but the very top of the window, the title bar, looks horrible! also, It seems to be kinda slow o

I agree... even tho u might be thinking "why object dock?". A lot of people created icons for OD that are high quality. Hopefully, the ones you need are in the .ico format. Most are in both .png and .ico.

yes there was also a prog named Y'z Dock... b4 I found ObjectDock, I tried all the progs I could find... Y'z Dock was one of them. It has some nice features, but it hasnt been updated forever, and OD is better. back on topic... Does someone have some screenshots of this icon skinning thing? it sounds interesting, but I cant think of what it would be like.

ya alienware looks great, but that is only skin deep... they also have some awesome components, but they have to make some money, so they up the price!!! custom is the way.

I second that... I cant edit my account either... i just wanted to put more skins to one page.. im new here so I dont know, but here is the message given when you try to update account info: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a802b' Element not found: 'CreateObject' /INCLUDE/INC_LOGIN.ASP, line 262 also... i dont know if it is normal or not, but when I hover my mouse over the textbox I am typing in, all my text i am typing is underlined!
