Stardock ForumsA few days ago i played Galciv in a gigantic galaxy, the game is at oct 2194, i have 36 colonies so far. one or two turns ago the UP granted me (as i have the largest pop) with a new colony (the precurser artefact that turns the world into a nice planet, i think). In one of the following rounds i noticed that all of my planets had been transformed, ranging from one 42 quality planet, a few between 35 and 38 and all the rest above 30!!
