I have what I think is a rather large icon collection. I recently deleted a lot of stuff I dont use, (then downloaded more) and I'm currently at about 7,000 icons. That's just my personal collection. Not counting all the crappy ones that belong to the computer and it's programs. Every once in a while I try to install Theme Manager just for giggles. I tried a couple of weeks ago and it worked! I hadn't been able to get it to work in over 10 years. When I try to install it on windows 10 version 1511, even when I run as administrator, I get a message that says: This app has been blocked for your protection. An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administrator. It also says Publisher Not trusted. Does anybody know a way around that?

I've seen a patch floating around for Windows 7 theme mgr to support 3rd party themes, but I don't think that would do much for us. Winstep I think has something on their site for their products. Wincustomize is one of my favorite web sites. I’m a big fan of Stardock’s program’s which I’ve been using for about ten year’s now. It seems like I’m always finding different ways to find things on the site that I never even knew were there. There doesn’t seem to be a up to date or complete guide to navigating the win customize libraries anywhere that I have found, and I’ve spent a lot of time searching. For example, I just figured out t
