menu options icon - upper left preferences reset data
once you rename it to .zip you can open it up once opened you can wander around it and find the parts you need .suite gadgets wba .ip etc (depending on the theme) but try the update thing first
have you updated Impulse? have you tried resetting the data?

i got the 'offline' mode thing all the time when i was on dialup with an accelerator yet the other functions (browser, chat, ect) worked had to disable the accelerator to get the updates

It's an old skin it's not matching cuz Antares wasn't made for vista it also wasn't made for WB6 but if you had xp.. it was fine on WB4, WB5 & WB6... but appears to be getting glitchy on WB7 skins made for WB6 and/or Vista got icons under the screenshot like this one: Steampunk
