have you sent a ticket to support? yeah, I know you posted in 'support' but it's mostly user based support, though they do drop by once in a while I'm running xp and the only time I see those type of 'icons' is when i get a glitch with iconpackager

Watkuweis you show as a current customer so you should have no download caps for the skins for the software in ODU try this: go to the home page above your name, click settings click the cross reference with stardock account

not sure what you mean - or maybe it's different than on xp i can go into programs, find the exe and change it - when i do it also changes the shortcut on fences if i right click the short cut on fences i can change it without changing the one in programs but either way i go in, my propeties window doesn't show anything in the 'start in' box

I mostly uninstall WB then install a newer version when it comes out My skins are usually still there the shared documents folder is where skins started going to a while back due to the way vista looks at things it just puts the skins there to be available to all accounts but if you already backed up your skins, you got not worries.. no?
