When you did the uninstall/reinstall did you clean out all traces of cursorxp prior to the reinstall? It worked for me a while back. Save any cursors 1st. I just copied the whole folder to my desktop prior to deleting the original folder.

Mine stays at courier new. I can't figure out to set it to stay at anything else. i can get object edit to stay. only workaround i got now, is set object edit to the font you want, and copy from one to the another (and back if need be). Sorry. will keep on it for a while though - no retreat, no surrender.
