Hey Bakerstreet... look out your window. Short bus is there to take you to spelling class. I do have to admit though, with no intention of making fun of anyone, that's the first time I've seen a speech impediment carry over to typing.
I just right clicked desktop and unchecked 'show icons' - put up an animated object (used the 'torus' cursorxp whatchamacallit) & set that for desktop.
I'm willing to shell out a few bucks to get the real thing Me also , but without the computer and without the installer/manager thing.
Window Blinds changes the windows. Icon Packager changes the icons. Link If your trying to install suites (or other items) you need to have the program for each item type. Each gallery has a description box on it that has a link in it to get the program.
Have you tried Irfanview? It's free. It seems to have much less of the blocky effect when increasing the DPI for the resample. then again my nonitor is 15"/1024x768/ and gets really cranky if it's not set to 96 dpi, so the effect may show less for me than you.

Irfanviw seemed to do a better job - or maybe it's just easier to use. You can try different resample filter and set DPI
How does it look when you resize it? I've resized one just now using PSP (bicubic resample) and Irfanview (Lanczos filter)- didn't seem too too bad, they didn't come out perfect (new at this also) & keeping the aspect ratio brought it to 1920x1440 [you'd have to crop slightly], but I'm looking at it at 1024x768 res.
If you have the register version = make sure you register it through SDC.
Oh yeah, had another question/ Since things really don't change every generation has it's own version, I was wondering... That didn't work for me, since I have no idea what I'm doing. Cloning doesn't work - wants to use the same picts re-exporting with a new name didn't work either = conflict with the same names in the pieces used. Best I could get were 2 = 1 widget, 1 gadget
would that have to do with setting the parent/child thing?
