I have researched controlled wormholes. Am I able to create wormholes now? If so, how? Thanks

I just figured it out - under domestic policy, I had the slider bar all the way down for "Military" - I just moved it up. By the way, I really like this game. Thanks again. Richard

Thanks for the responses. I have $1258 in my treasury. All 3 of my planets say "no Resources" under military projects, though - any other ideas?

Resources in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I am new to Galactic Civilizations. I am have been playing for an hour or so and I am trying build starships but I get a message that I have no resources. Of course I can buy ships, but can someone tell me how to get resources? thanks
