The email sent out when an upload is rejected is a template. I know that nearly ALL of the moderators here add their own comments to that template to be a bit more explanatory [and human] as to why it was rejected. RobJK .. everyone [or almost] has had works rejected in the past, ...you learn from it and try again. I'd suggest you attempt to make your own sounds [it's not terribly hard to do] and try again. See that 'TM' after the words "Widows Vista" ...and the windows flags in the pic? [The ® next to the yellow part of the windows flag is a dead giveaway] Those are copyrighted by Microsoft, and as such cannot be used. If that image was made by someone else other than Microsoft, and they used those images without permission, and are currently distributing them, they could well find themselves in a whole boatload of trouble. Vista image ...probably a copyrighted image ...not possible. Didn't download your file to verify, but if it belongs to Microsoft ...nuh-uh, no way, not gonna happen. If you make it [the bootskin] YOURSELF, however...... and don't share it.... ;)

CurXPTheme is the file extension for Cursor XP theme files.... CursorXP is a program that allows you to use custom cursors which you download from www.wincustomize.com [most likely where you got the one you're trying to open] and it's compatible with windows XP. Nope ....not 'anyone' can make a windowblind ...it takes a lot of time, talent, patience and skill ...a good graphic's program, and a significant 'other' who doesn't nag ;) On a serious note though, the graphics in/of/for silent hill are more than likely copyrighted, which prevents anyone making anything from them and sharing it with others. However, if you were to make it yourself and did not share it, you'd be perfectly ok. Why not give it a try? :)</
