Z71's problem is the exact problem I was having at the old site. I was getting the ?c=1 at the end of the url string. Manually changing the 1 to a 0 would allow me to be kind of 'half' logged in. I could read all the posts in a thread, and even type something in the response field. If I tried to post my reply though, the site would throw up the old "you need to be logged in to reply" error. The problem was intermittent, and often went away of it's own accord. I also found that

You need to copy them [The unzipped folders] to: C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds ..and just do a quick double check that the .ini file went too. Sometimes I've found it doesn't.
