I was cursing on IRC at 4am this morning trying to resolve it. Funny, that ... I heard you. ...and I wasn't even on IRC at the time. ....Such is the wrath of the Frog <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" border=0 ALIGN
Do you deliver? ....For a nominal fee. ...Plus airfare.
See this thread for an explanation ...It's temporary, all will be back to good again soon[ish]
Uh-huh ...just a hint of seeded mild mustard, and the slightest smidge of bbq sauce, some nice, crunchy cos lettuce ...and presto! Breakfast fit for a King. [or Vulcan]

I tried to right click on the download button to "Save target as" so that I could specify the location to where it would download and it doesn't allow me to do that Do you have administrator privileges for your computer?
Thanks Neil ...better to come direct from the programmer than from me, just thought I'd jump in where I could.
I'll assume you have a reasonably high-end comp, as you didn't post that info. I'd say that it's because it's a trial version that not all is skinned. Look forward to those extra features when you do buy the full version. Remember ...when you do eventually buy the full one ...make sure you completely uninstall that trial version first, reboot your comp ..install the full version, reboot again ...and you'll be good to go. Backup any skins you have now [that you want to
Are you using a trial version of WindowBlinds, or a full [paid] version? And which release of WindowBlinds is it? If you're using a trial ...not everything gets skinned. In the full version, presuming you have a system capable of running it, everything does get skinned. Open up the WB configuration window, click on 'system information' and copy/paste the information you see there to this thread. Might also help to mention your computer's specifications.
Me brain cells don't always find each other... ...I can relate to tha ...what were we talking about?
ooooh, shiiiney Happy Birthday, Tapper
I'd ask him to call you on the telephoon to apologise...
Ditto on the start menu thingy ... happens with a few skins. I just reload the skin and it goes away..
Forums are a tad quiet right now ...thought I'd bump this back up. ...It's a good topic.
I actually ran the Vista capability test last night on my oldest comp, which is a bastardised Compaq Presario. Admittedly, over the years I've had it ..I've upgraded it's memory, Graphics card and various other parts. It still has it's original mobo and processor [Athlon XP 1800+] I was VERY surprised last night to find that it's capable of not only running Vista, ~but Vista Ultimate. [Though I'm pretty sure it'll turn into more of a slug than it already is.] <img src="http://i
I say go for it, Brad. I actually like the fact that you're up-front about your personality, or the way you naturally are. What a drab old world it'd be if everyone was nicey-nice all the time. The way that you "tell it like it is" [or the way you see it]...is a no-nonsence approach, and one that I respect in a person. So, put this down as a vote of confidence...
Eric here ...Hi! I spend all day & a good portion of the evening/night in front of the computer.. I'm here because it's a great place to hang, for starters. No other community on the net is as good as this one, imo. Got the skins/skinning bug way back when I trialled WB - back in the day when I had a win98 machine. That computer died [not as a result of any Stardock software] of un-natural causes [fried mobo], and I was offline for a few years ~mostly due to work commi
Open up the windowblinds config window, and copy/paste that info here, so people can possibly get an idea of what's wrong.
You could always download a free 3D program and make your own... Just a thought...
Logons path is C:\Program Files\WinCustomize\LogonStudio ..same path I have, and all my logon's are in there [in their own folders]-[and are working fine]
Do you have the Stardock Central Browser? AFTER saving or moving anything you might want to keep, from the OD folder on your hard drive.... Have a look under the "misc" section ...I have OD+ listed there, so perhaps it's where your free version is listed. If it's listed, I'd use the option at the very bottom of the browser [with OD or OD+ highlighted] to uninstall anything you have installed with that title. Then go to C:\Program Files\Stardock and delete the ob
