Or do i have to get the official version ....yep There is another program, but it hacks core files of your system, and can cause many problems. However, I will not mention it's name here.

Did you, or your comp set a restore point before the installation? In a pinch, you could roll back to that and your CD12 settings shouldn't be hosed. There may be someone along with a better solution though. Good luck!

Bootskin is one of those programs that will work for some, and not for others. I also fall into the latter category, but for the infrequent times I actually do reboot it's hardly a great loss. There's plenty of other Stardock apps to keep this ol' bloke happy anyway...

I would be surprised if any of the winning skins were submitted prior to the last day. Lets not forget that there are already some very good entries submitted, and that these skins/icon packages took their creators considerable time and effort. There are also some very good WP's there too.
