Okay, I've been trying to find a free livejournal (if that's what you call it?) site, but I'm havin' some trouble. Google and Altavista haven't helped much, and...well, it's pathetic! Anybody know where to get a free livejournal (or the equivalent?)...drop me a line at [email protected] or post a comment. Appreciations and cookies for all!

I totally understand where you're coming from, though I'm only 17. I work at a taekwondo school, and we get, by and large, kids whose parents can't handle them. I'm talking about the kids who try to hit their parents, threaten classmates and teachers, and some who have been to juvee. And most of these kids are under 12 years old! I'm wondering why parents can't follow through with punishments, or even (heaven forbid!) backhand the kid if he/she really mouths off. My mom employed toug

I can argue both ways! My mom was on welfare while supporting my brother and I. Our father had left when we were toddlers, and my mother, despite her best efforts, needed some help. I don't like being a burden on society, but it's not like my mom was a trailer-trash whore or anything. And she got off welfare in...a little over a year I think. We're all well and good now, and I can't say it would be the same w/o a little gov.'t aid. I do, however, see both sides, and there is a difference be

She was the kind of girl nobody had a problem with, always smiling at anyone who looked at her, always said hi to...well, to everyone I can recall. And I only got to put the name to a (smiling) face in September of '03. Three months. That's not a long time to know an angel, but I'm glad I knew her even for that long. You always hear people say, upon a passing, "she was such a sweet/nice girl." It sounds so cliche until you know the person, and when everything in that sentence rings loud

Wow, I was thinking (or not, I'm not sure which I do more in this building) and I noticed that my school sucks. You may be saying yours is worse, or that I can join the club, but that's not the point; my school sucks, and that's what this is about, people! Y'see I listen to music everyday outside. I've done it for the past 3 years (I'm a senior wOOt!) and nobody said anything about it. I've had the principal, the vice principal(s) and any number of teachers walk past me while I was outsid

Y'know, I understand; my mom works a lot to support my brother and I (she's a single parent) and I know she worries that we think she doesn't love us 'cause she's always at work. But we understand, and I'm sure your family understands too (they sound happy just to have you). It's admirable that you are so dedicated to them, whereas most people are selfish and irresponsible. I sound stupid now, so I'll stop babbling, but just remember that they know what you do for them, and they may not like you

Gah, I've been recently enlightened to the fluid animation of Naruto. It's the craziest friggin thing ever! This guy Zabuza has both his arms broken and only a little kunai (it's kinda like a small knife) in his mouth. He proceeds to kill a sizeable legion of warriors, and their leader, even as they dig spears into his back. Rather bloody but I certainly didn't mind! >:D Gaara is just too insane, which makes him easily the new favorite! On another note, FFVII: Advent Chi
