Can you still buy Altarian Prophecy seperate or is it only bundled now?

I had this happen to me today. It only started happening after v1.2. I usually play at masochistic and it looked like all of the computer opponents were set to easy. The built no ships, did no expansion. However, the effect seems intermittent as I have played several Ctrl-N games since 1.2 without this issue. I was pissed too because it was a really good map.

I just finished a game started in 1.2 and didn't get my tech score properly calculated. The scoring showed that no-one had researched a single tech except one race who had three. I traded only a couple of techs, I researched the rest of the tree (finished the game while researching final frontier). It seemed to be brining my score down because of this. I have a copy of the end game save I can send in if it would help.

Has anoyne else notice that when you have traded for trade goods and that civilaziton gets destroyed you lose those? This used to not happen
